VIP Close Protection Agent Training @ Adidas

🇺🇸 Three intensive and highly valuable training days at adidas in Herzogenaurach.

In cooperation with SDN Protection Nuremberg/Germany, the International Association of Personal Protection Agents (IAPPA) delivered a specialized “VIP Close Protection Agent” seminar for the security team, conducted by Oliver Becker, CCPA®, IAPPA certified Instructor.

The training focused on modern close protection principles based on international standards. Participants were challenged in realistic scenarios designed to strengthen preventive intelligence, tactical movement, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure.

Close protection today is not limited to escorting a principal—it requires a proactive mindset, structured processes, and seamless teamwork. The ability to recognize risks early and act decisively is essential in dynamic environments.

This seminar once again highlighted that professional close protection is built on preparation, communication, and continuous training.
