Becoming an IAPPA Certified Instructor

The International Association of Personal Protection Agents (IAPPA) stands for quality, professionalism, and international standards in training and certification.

Those who share these values and wish to offer their own training programs in accordance with IAPPA guidelines can apply for accreditation as an IAPPA Certified Instructor.

The IAPPA Certified Instructor represents the highest level of professional qualification within the International Association of Personal Protection Agents. This designation is awarded exclusively to instructors who have demonstrated outstanding expertise, practical experience, and a clear commitment to the international standards of the IAPPA.

Certified Instructors are not only trainers — they are ambassadors of quality and integrity in the global security and protection community. They uphold the association’s mission to deliver realistic, effective, and ethically sound training, preparing professionals for the complex demands of modern protective and security operations.
Every IAPPA Certified Instructor has successfully completed the official IAPPA Instructor Accreditation Process, including a review of their training program, participation in the IAPPA online accreditation course, and final approval by the IAPPA Certification Board.

As a recognized expert, each instructor receives a unique Instructor ID and is listed in the official IAPPA Instructor Register, ensuring transparency and traceability. This guarantees that any course bearing the IAPPA seal is conducted by a qualified and currently certified professional.

Holding the title “IAPPA Certified Instructor” means being part of an international network of excellence, where every member contributes to raising the standards of training, professionalism, and responsibility in the protection and security industry worldwide.

Excellence in Training. Commitment to Standards.
