how it works
STEP 1
Select the certificate you wish to apply for. Choose the certification that matches your demonstrable qualifications. All information must be verifiable and subject to verification.
STEP 2
Applications are reviewed by our Certification Committee. Background checks are carried out, some documents can be validated at the issuing institution or further information or documents can be requested
STEP 3
After a successful preliminary examination by the board, you will receive an interim result and, if applicable, a payment link for the fees. These must be settled within 5 days. If you do not pay within this period, your application will be rejected and you will be permanently blocked.
STEP 4
After receipt of payment, the certificate will be created and sent. You will receive a digital copy by e-mail. Each certificate has a unique number that customers or employers can validate with us. We will inform you separately about the possibility of becoming a member of the IAPPA.

The PEPA certification program was developed by personal protection professionals who have years of experience in both private and law enforcement personal protection and understand how diverse the field can be. It is therefore necessary to have the knowledge of a customer-oriented way of working as a Close Protection Agent for private individuals.
