Privacy Policy (International – Conservative GDPR Version)
1. General Information
The protection of personal data is a matter of particular importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable Austrian data protection law, and internationally recognized data protection principles.
This version is intended for international users and follows a conservative, compliance-oriented approach.

3.2 Processing for Contract Performance or Pre-Contractual Measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Personal data is processed where necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Without such data, contractual relationships cannot be established or fulfilled.
3.3 Processing Based on Legal Obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
Personal data may be processed where required to comply with legal obligations, including but not limited to:

3.4 Processing Based on Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
We process personal data based on our legitimate interests or those of third parties, provided that such interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms. Legitimate interests include, in particular:

4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or as required by statutory retention obligations. Once the applicable retention period has expired, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We may engage carefully selected data processors who process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
Personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
