



CLOSE PROTECTION AGENT - Basic Course
The IAPPA "Close Protection Agent" basic course was developed in 1989 as one of the first standardized training courses for Close Protection in the USA. The training quickly became an international success and Agents all over the world have completed this training.
The basic course serves as an introduction for emergency personnel who have little or no experience in personal protection. This training is also the right choice as a refresher or for those returning to the field, as the course covers all aspects of modern personal protection and is always adapted to current events.
The 5-day basic course provides essential knowledge and practical skills required for working as a Close Protection Agent (CPA). Participants will learn how to professionally ensure the protection of high-profile individuals (VIPs, executives, celebrities, etc.) in various environments and under different security requirements. The course combines theoretical instruction with practical exercises and realistic scenarios.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to operate professionally as Close Protection Agents in various situations. They will be capable of accurately assessing threat situations, developing appropriate security strategies, and applying them in practice. The Certified Close
Protection Agent
